The 'Saiert WorkShop' designed ARB-001 kit offers a new modification choice for AR series rifles, transforming the typical AR configuration into a bullpup style.
Regarding Airsoft toys, current bullpup Gas Blowback Rifles (GBB) on the market suffer from excessive weight issues.
Utilizing the ARB-001 modification on toy guns significantly reduces the weight compared to the bullpup rifles available in the market, showcasing the kit's features of being compact, efficient, and lightweight. It employs HP MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) 3D printing technology using Nylon 12 (PA12) for production.
The distinct feature lies in the use of a highly dense array-style nozzle and thermal jetting technology. Each time the array-style nozzle moves once, it rapidly completes a layer. PA12 itself has a heat deflection temperature (HDT@0.45MPa) of 175°C, tensile strength of 48 MPa, flexural strength of 65 MPa, and Shore hardness D of 80, surpassing the commonly seen FDM technology in the market. We believe MJF products can restore your confidence in 3D printing for Airsoft.
