RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to process a return or exchange, please contact YMS personnel via the official YMS LINE account (@667tqbmt) or Facebook Messenger within 7 days after receiving the goods to discuss the return or exchange matters. Our company will contact you to provide the quickest and most suitable return or exchange procedure.
Returning the Original Product
Please pack the "product in its original packaging" along with the "order details / invoice" into the original box and package it properly before sending it out. If the original box is lost, please use another box to wrap the product's original packaging.
Do not directly paste stickers or write text on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, the product cannot be returned, or the cost of damage may be deducted from the refund.
Please follow the return process provided by the customer service personnel and keep relevant documents, such as home delivery receipts, post office registered mail receipts, convenience store mailing receipts, etc., for tracking progress or for quick handling in case of unexpected issues with the package.
Exchange - Issues with the New Replacement Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrectly specified, or missing parts in the new replacement product, but you still want to exchange it instead of returning it, please contact YMS personnel via the official YMS LINE account (@667tqbmt) or Facebook Messenger within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will arrange for the exchange after retrieving the problematic new product.
As mentioned above, please keep the receipts for the return of the problematic new product, such as home delivery receipts, post office registered mail receipts, convenience store mailing receipts, etc., for tracking progress or for quick handling in case of unexpected issues with the package.
Refund
We will process the refund to your provided post office/bank account within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods or the returned problematic new product.
However, please contact YMS personnel via the official YMS LINE account (@667tqbmt) or Facebook Messenger in advance to ensure a fast and accurate processing.
Important Notes
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to terminate the contract and return the goods within seven days of receiving the goods. Please note that returned or exchanged products must be in a brand-new condition and complete packaging (including main products, accessories, inner and outer packaging, accompanying documents, gifts, etc.).

The following situations may affect your return rights:
(1) The product packaging is damaged, seals are removed, hang tags are removed, adhesive is removed, or labels are removed without affecting your inspection of the product.
(2) You have been provided with an opportunity to inspect the product before receiving it.
(3) Other necessary or attributable factors beyond the scope of inspection, such as damage caused by personal factors, which will render the product ineligible for return or exchange.
(4) Minor issues like loose threads, minor deviations in size, appearance color differences within international inspection standards are acceptable and not considered defects.
(5) If returns and exchanges are requested too frequently due to personal factors, YAMASHUN reserves the right to terminate transactions and shipments. Due to the thin profit margins of online shopping, we kindly ask for your understanding of the challenges faced by e-commerce businesses.
(6) Shipping fee clarification: If the product is defective, YAMASHUN will bear the round-trip shipping fee. (※If you choose to return the product yourself, postage subsidy is limited to 80 yuan)
If personal factors lead to product damage during replacement or repair, the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping fee.
(7) Returns and exchanges for items received more than seven days ago will not be accepted.
(8) For 3C products, except for defective products, returned products that have been unsealed (including but not limited to removal of protective films, removal of seals, hang tags, adhesive, or labels) or are not in brand-new condition (no scratches, damage, dampness, etc.) and incomplete packaging (missing products, accessories, original outer box, protective bags, accessory boxes, Styrofoam, accompanying documents, gifts, etc.) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
(9) To safeguard your rights, if you find that the product is not the one you ordered, or if it is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact YMS personnel immediately to process the return or exchange.
Reminder:
Special consumable goods cannot be returned or exchanged (e.g., BB pellets, canned gas, stickers). YAMASHUN reserves the right to define the nature of special consumable goods.
The returned product must include all items, gifts, packaging, and the invoice. If the invoice is lost or damaged, please contact YMS personnel immediately for verification. If there are no discrepancies, the refund will be processed to your provided post office/bank account within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods or the returned problematic new product.
